This
is a very unique piece.
Designed and created in
the Adirondack Mountains
in New York State, Jim
has pulled off a great design.
With an aged look
resembling Antique Rustic, this
piece measures 30"w x
42"h x 10"d.
The theme for this
piece is centered around a
handmade hammered copper
clock.
Applied birch bark,
mosaic split yellow birch
twigs, driftwood, a shelf, a
framed antique Adirondack
postcard, delicate branches
and an antique copper roof all
add to make this clock a
collectors item. $3495

This clock above is another fine
example of Jim's work. Very neat and precise craftsmanship produces a
well proportioned design. $3495

Here is another great wall
clock Jim designed in the Adirondacks. Jim uses an old
antique clock out of the old original schoolhouse in Long Lake,
NY where he lived for many years. The back is white birch
bark and it has a copper roof. He has a very Adirondack
painting below the shelf. The piece is then complimented
in sweeping yellow birch twigs and fans.

This
neat Adirondack style
grandfather clock is to used
as a humidor and/or wine
cabinet. and is in Ralph
Kylloe's book Rustic,
and was featured in the
magazine Log & Timber
Style. Jim uses
another of his old school
clocks and created a real
masterpiece. Vintage
Adirondack postcards are
framed throughout this
piece. It is constructed
of native Adirondack pine for
the cabinet and solid oak
planks for the top and
drawer. Jim then applies
white birch-bark and split
yellow birch twigs with subtle
fans and diamonds. Truly a
great piece of original
design. $9500 |

This is a marvelous clock, which can
be used in various ways.
I like it best when used as a
wine cabinet. The top
holds the glasses, the drawer
all of your mixers, spoons and
openers, while the bottom
holds your wine and liquor
selections. This unique piece
is made of hard Adirondack
yellow pine, is covered in
white birch bark, hammered
copper, and split yellow birch
twigs. All of the
designs are original and mine.
The inside is fully covered in
white birch bark and copper
designs also. The yellow
birch saplings were cut from
my 30 acre property in the Adirondacks
of New York State.
The bark was also collected
there. The old antique
clock was salvaged from the
original schoolhouse in Long
Lake, NY, which is in the very
heart of the Adirondacks.
It was stripped of many coats
of paint and buffed to a
mirror finish. This is a
great piece and will surely
compliment that special spot
in your home or lodge.
